1. Did you do any other sort of exercise / normal routine 2. I think the subject says it all. I just want to check to see if I'm logging this correctly? While on the subject of water, do you only log pure water you drink? Or if you make a drink with water (ie: tea) do you include that? I just include plain water.

In app goal - long term or short term?
Is it better to start with a low short term goal than to enter your ~*ideal*~ goal? Do you change your goal as you lose more weight? I think it would be more motivational to achieve a more realistic weight loss goal and then keep going, but I wanted to know what is working for others?
