I think the subject says it all. I just want to check to see if I'm logging this correctly?
While on the subject of water, do you only log pure water you drink? Or if you make a drink with water (ie: tea) do you include that? I just include plain water.

8oz = 1 cup of water, so you've got it right. Personally, I only log actual water, and put everything else under snacks.0
