I'm a 34dd and the under armour ones work well for me for running.

You are definitely going to want to switch directions on the track, at least every other workout, maybe even during the workout itself (halfway through, turn and go the other way). You could be setting yourself up for a knee injury otherwise. I've never been good at pacing myself. I start slower and finish faster.

I like the run double app. I run it with map my run at the same time.

Run slow enough to where you don't feel like you are going to puke or die. Do not pay any attention to what speed you are running at, just aim to finish each interval running (even if it feels like you are trotting!!). Don't be afraid to repeat a week, either. It doesn't HAVE to be finished in 9 weeks! Good luck!

You can workout on your lunch break. How old are your kids? Can you run while they ride their bikes? Or push them in the stroller while you run? As for working out at night...I am not a fan either. I get up at 5:30am (and that's NOT working out in the morning, if I wanted to work out in the am, it has to be at 4:30). I…

Mostly I've been lurking but I figured now was as a good as ever to start posting a bit more! My goals are to: Squat 175 DL 205 OHP 80 Bench 100 Row 85 ( I'm so bad at this?) I'd also like to keep working on pullups! My diet needs major work...that's a big focus this month.

Walked/ran 109 miles! Looking for 125 in August with biking added in as well.

I am strongly against CIO for my children for lots of reasons, and found the No Cry Sleep Solution to be very helpful.

Lifting (strong lifts), along with a calorie deficit and some cardio have reshaped my body! I have lost a total of 24 pounds, 4.5 inches from my waist, an inch from each arm, two inches from my hips, 2 inches from my bust, and an inch from each thigh. I started as a tight 16 and now I can fit into some 12's. Hope this…

bumping to see if there are any thoughts :)

I am 5' 4" and weigh 193 pounds. I've recently lost 24 pounds (started mfp after I began losing weight). I quickly took up stronglifts and running and am currently wearing clothes that I wore when I was in the 170s 4 years ago. Blows my mind actually. I'm in a size 12.

Interested!

Usually commando. I wear compression capris or shorts so panties are uncomfortable.

The Hound is one of my favorite characters!! I love Arya too.

YAY babywearing! I wore/wear both of my kiddos. My 3.5 year old daughter is tiny (30 pounds) and I still wear her in our Boba or Ergo. I love wraps too!

OHP is my lowest weight (70lbs) but I feel good doing them. I'm benching 90lbs but it ALWAYS feels really, really hard. So I'll say that bench is my weakest lift.

THIS.

Check out Rippetoe's video on YouTube for a visual. His videos are great. I often video myself lifting and check my form.

Thanks so much! I did some googling and figured I'm probably okay :) I drive by that Powerhouse every day! I'll have to check it out!

I nursed my babies wherever and whenever they needed it. If they were hungry, they ate.

I love that dress! You look great!
-
I wear the tight capris or shorts from Target. I feel waaaaay less jiggly that way!
-
Thanks ladies!! I will definitely up my rest time between sets. I do this at home and don't have fractionals at the moment, but I'm going to look today. Thanks again!
-
Old Navy and Target, though I use under armour sports bras for support since I'm busty still
-
Good for you!! But definitely check the settings on your pedometer, that pace is faster than most people can run. I have had to mess with mine quite a bit and I've had it for a year! I finally got it right though and it's really cool to see how far you went and how long it took you. Instant feedback!

Thanks!! I am only resting 60-90 seconds so I'll increase that and try a progressive load.
-
Omg I am cracking up!! So funny! I have horrible eye sight so I can see doing something like this!
-
I feel the same way! Squats have done awesome things for my body even in only 5 weeks but I do not love them. Deadlifts though...love them!
