I run so much so that I don't get out of my car and punch some one who pissed me off in traffic while driving to work. It calms me :-)0

I biked 213.77 miles in July. Longest was 63.6 miles. Riding a century on 8/24 in Delaware, can't wait.0

Ohhh I love me a good roll call. Plus it is like reading Runners World... I feel weak when I see all the mileage people are putting in.
Ran appx 35 miles. Walked at least 50. Not training for anything though right now except weight loss. When fall hits the mileage will be upped. I don't handle heat well.0 -
I try to walk/jog 4 miles every day. other days I Zumba. Considering I burn about the same amount of calories in a one hour walk as I do in a one hour session of Zumba.

I ran exactly 52 miles this month! Also walked 13.59 miles, and rode my bike 6.32. Obviously my main focus was running!

I ran and walked 111 Kilometers (69.5 miles) in July. Approximately 75 Kilometers of that was running & 35 Kilometers walking.0

76.34 miles of running. Didn't get the schedule worked out until two weeks ago, next month it should be more like 90-100.0

Running would have been a lot higher but I was injured. Also missed 10 days because of travel (darn hotels without a fitness center).
So my totals are...
Biking: ~340 miles
Running: 32 miles
The running is a bit sad considering how this time last summer I did 3 times that amount...in a week.
Oh well, on the road to recovery.0 -
Walked/ran 109 miles! Looking for 125 in August with biking added in as well.0
