painless elbow popping?

Does anyone else have this weird, painless elbow popping when benching or doing push ups? That't the only time I notice it. It doesn't hurt, and I can't hear it and no one else can hear it (I called the hubs over to listen haha). It's kind of annoying and a little distracting. I want to make sure I"m not hurting myself! Thanks in advance!

    You may want to mention it to a doctor during your next check-up, just so that it can be noted into your records for reference' sake.

    Unrelated: I see you are from Brownstown. I know a personal trainer/physique competitor that sometimes trains at the Powerhouse there on Allen Road. I'm not sure if that's where you train, but I hear it's a decent gym. Just a fyi.
