Hi, I am not sure when you are going, but I would say to definitely talk to your health coach or the tsfl support staff. You may likely be getting a lot more exercise walking around, etc. They may recommend that you do 4 & 2 while at disney instead of 5 & 1. It is important to make sure you are drinking plenty of water,…

Hi all, I am 3 weeks in, and doing well so far! I don't know if any of you have read Freya Taylor's books, but I really enjoyed them. She lost 100 pounds on the medifast program. Your body lets go of fat where it chooses, however, I have found that adding weights a couple times each week, especially working the arms has helped with the 'lift" issues...good luck!

I can definitely see it in your face and chin, and in the second picture, you can see that you've lost inches in your waist as well...Good work! keep at it!

Well, when my daughter was small, she was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes, so we would buy her candy from her and let her go get a special toy (then I would take it to work). Of course after a year or so, our neighbors knew about her diabetes and would give her money, microwave popcorn, pencils, crayons, etc. They were so…
