This is one thing I'd NEVER WANT to give up. I allow myself 2oz/day and have been drinking decaf coffee for nearly two years. Never sugar. The cream is about 79 calories/day. I figure that's a pretty good balance. Keeps me sane.

I'm around 5'6" currently at 141. I start feeling a lot better in the 130s. I'd like to be about 130 and have been once before. I feel amazing at that weight and am a size 4 on the bottom, sometimes 2 up top. Jean size - comfortable in a 28 at goal.
