bloated all the time

Anyone else bloated/gassy all the time since changing their diets. I definitely eat more vegetables now and I feel like I am always bloated.

Anyone have suggestions for healthy, low calorie foods that reduce or don't cause bloating????

How long have you been eating more vegetables? You may just have to give your body some time to adjust. And are you eating high sodium foods? They will cause bloating.

It's probably your increase in fiber, since you're eating more veggies. Give it a few weeks, it totally normal for your body to have this trouble digesting all that fiber, it will get better though!

I'm guessing it might be the added fiber intake from having more vegetables in your diet. That's what caused my bloating, at least. Drinking a lot more water can help while your body adjusts, and you can also take some beano or something to help on bad days.

Can't see your diary... but the culprit for me was not veggies it was gluten.
Cut out gluten/wheat and carrageenan .. no more bloating. EVER. Until I eat something with gluten :)

Yup change in diet will cause a reaction till it eases up and gets used to it. You may feel in a few weeks that you feel pretty drained/tired after eating a lot of junk food and therefore cannot eat too much of it. That's what happened to me and glad it did too.

I'm the same. Especially with raw vegetables. Try these, they work for me. http://www.enzymedica.com/store/Digestive/Gastro

Thanks. I just opened my diary.

Hopefully my body will adjust soon. This feeling stinks!
