Well I have walked 2 miles on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I have been slacking on posting my miles last week. I promise this week will be different. For last week my total was 18 miles.

I walked 3 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I havent logged for a couple of days. I have done 3 miles on Tuesday, Wednesday and thursday.

Today is one of my days off. I have had a migraine all day. So I will start my 3 miles in the morning. Hope everyone has a great week walking.

The total miles for the week is 15 miles. I want to try and do 3 miles a day this coming week. Congrats on everyone's walking and keep up the good work.

I have done my 4 miles for the day. Tomorrow I am thinking that I am going to get up early and do my walking. I think it will be easier for me.

Well I took yesterday off of walking. I had alot to do and by the time I got home I just collasped. But today is a new day and I will do my 4 miles.

I feel like such a failure. I haven't been able to do the Shred due to personal issues. So I am going to start over today. Will that be ok?

Sorry I haven't been logging. I have been doing it but I had to start doing it every other day. I have bad knees and it was hurting really bad. So I am on L1D8 now.

I did L1D5 on Friday and took yesterday off. I was out of town all day. so I will pick it up today.
