  • That's a good question too!! I never though of it that way, I know our bodies burn calories while we sleep also, but probably not nearly as much, right? :grumble: Why is this all so complex? :tongue:

  • For some reason today I woke up only about 20 minutes ago, it's 12:11 PM here, and I have had nothing to eat/drink yet!!   • Good idea to stick to measuring if you're getting discouraged because of the scale. Most of it is probably water weight. But also you said you are eating under your limit?? That's not the best idea, your body could be going into starvation mode, and that will slow down or maybe even stop your weight loss completely. You…

  • Yes you are supposed to eat your calories earned from exercise! MFP automatically calculates your calorie deficit, so if you don't eat your exercise calories, you will be adding to the deficit and as a result your body could go into starvation mode.
