5'1". CW 151. I'm more focused on lowering body fat percentage but I think that 125-130 will be okay. I was at 132 pounds 4 years ago and felt comfortable but would have liked to have had more muscle tone in a few areas.

Baked oatmeal with fruit and a dollop of yogurt on top after it comes out of the oven.

I also previously drank my coffee with sugar but started decreasing the amount of sugar I would use. It only took 2-3 weeks for me to stop using sugar in my coffee. Now I feel that I get the true essence of what each type of coffee actually tastes like. Cinnamon is also good.

I haven't had much success making it at home myself. However, I do like the 365 store brand brown rice at Whole Foods. It comes in the freezer section and you just have to stick it in the microwave. Other than that I get it steamed at the chinese restaurant. Good luck with whichever recipe you choose.

Not sure of increments for each size but have lost almost 20 pounds and have gone from a size 16 to mostly 8's and 10's. 5'1'.

While lots of butter sounds yummy in grits I've learned to eat them cooked in water with a slight pinch of salt and an over easy egg on top.

Definitely not a fan of them. Even tried to dry fry them as touted on the site but still could not give over the texture.

Not a fan. Could not stand the texture. Even tried dry frying with no love of the noodles. I'd rather put in the extra exercise time for other types of noodles.

Slowly taper yourself off the sugar in perhaps 1/4 to 1/2 tsp sugar per week. Or perhaps just a dash of skim milk may help. I started out years ago with sugar in my coffee but quickly was able to just drink black french roast /drip if of good quality and skim cappucino with no sugar with no problem.
