I recommend circuit training with weights, you need to decrease your percentage body fat. If you belong to a gym ask them to measure it for you and then get a game plan with weight training and cardio. In three months with MFP and exercise you can make those areas not only smaller but toned.

Put $5 for every lb you lose in a jar. Create small cost goals along the way and use this money. Ideas- Dye your hair from a box for the next 5lb loss. At 20lbs down- Get an iced latte from Starbucks. At 30lbs down get new jeans. You will have enough money in the jar by then and you will be in need! I do something similar…

It is not healthy but stop drinking water now. Water weight is a big deal, Victoria Secret Models don't drink anything for 24 hours before a show. Workout as much as you can and drink as little water as possible would probably be my strategy.
