2lbs this week! It's amazing what a little exercise has done for me! I generally walk a mile a day and then do Kinect Dance Central for about 35min - both 5 times a week. Today I switched it up and walked 2 miles instead.
:) Really happy with where this is going!

I am so proud of myself!! My husband and I went to Mexico for our 10th wedding anniversary for the majority of last week. I ate some high calorie foods, but I exercised some control on portions AND went to the gym while at the resort. I actually LOST WEIGHT! I am so excited!!
