Goal in 1 week for challenge: 136 (8 lbs to go) .. yeeeeah, not going to make it.
Realistic Goal in 1 week: 142!!
Although I'm not going to lose 15 lbs in 6 weeks, I'm still really glad I tried to do this challenge! It made me pay more attention to my food intake and be more conscious of my decisions. I have started eating healthier over these past 5 weeks and it's for the better!! I may have failed the challenge, but I have still had success!! I have lost 7 lbs in 5 weeks as of today. I'm pretty proud of that! That averages 1.4 lbs lost per week (although that's not technically what happened lol). I know that once I get closer to my ultimate goal, it's going to get tough! but as long as I keep trucking, head in the right direction and not give up when I have setbacks like I did at the beginning of August, I will ultimately WIN!Thank you for creating this challenge. I will be back to report next Sunday! C'mon 142!!!!!!!

I was soooo close. I had a bad week health wise but I have figured out that I may be allergic to coconut and it was causing a whold mess of water retention and joint pain issues that were previously unexplainabe. I should be on a good track now.0 -
