    I think if you tried to maintain that rate of loss for a long period of time, Yes, you would be setting yourself up for "not" succeeding. However, often times when you start a new exercise program, you tend to work harder and be more aware of what you are eating, excercising, sleeping, etc so your body loses a bit more than usual the first week or so then your loss will level out each week.

    I'm going to rock this challenge! It's Wednesday and I'll start right now. I've been so committed since I started "My Fitness Pal" in May that it doesn't change anything for me. I'll just :laugh: start to exercise more.
