Well, it went easier than I thought this week. My husband is counting calories/fat along with me, so I have support at home. We thought we would have a "cheat" day. One meal and we wouldn't worry about cal/ fat. We went to Texas Roadhouse.... I had the chicken with mushrooms, baked sweet potato, and fresh vegetables --- took half of it home!

I was a little disappointed the scale didnot show any weight loss, but I guess I should be thankful I didnot gain any pounds either.
