  • Last week I was demotivated, since I even gained 0.2 kg.. and this week has been pretty busy for me, though I've been following and doing silently the exercises xD I had water retention, and am from 83.5 last week to 81.1 now! yaaay ^^ Still drinking lots of water... :D

  • I'm putting 'no carbs after 5pm, no sugar or industrial stuff, no sugay drinks and only raw vegetables and fruits after 5 pm'.. like that, it's a tough challenge, but I can still keep my usual schedule. :)
  • for me it's impossibile.. I go to bed at 1am sometimes at 2am... come home only at 21pm.. usually at at 21:30.. it's just impossible for me to not eat anything from 17:30(meal at 15pm, little snack at 17:30pm...). But I already having my internal law 'nothing after 22pm'. :)

  • It went fine, I was just eating soooo many carbs and proteins, and am now lowering in general everything down, yesterday I felt really tired and without strength, but it's getting better.   • I drank my water, not more than 150gr carbs, did squats and planks and 50 min of bodysculpt with weights. I stayed under my daily kcal, but in the morning I ate too much of the wrong stuff. :(

  • yay 17 weeks! I'd soo love to lose 7kg! that would mean 0,4 kg a week. Is that ok or is it too fast? For that, I will continue my 1400-1650kcal a day, do a bit more weight-situps and increase a bit my workout! Like that I could fit in again in a dress from 2 years ago, I really liked.

  • thanks for the support. As I said, I get a bit paranoic.. Now I don't feel comfy in bikini or skirts etc.., I just wouldn't like to feel afterwards uncomfy, not because of the weight but of the marks. xD But I'll just work on that. :)
