I lost 5 pounds and 11.5 inches. I think I missed a day or two I lost track.

Did day 15 today, I was too tired yesterday so I took a rest day.

I am 5' and I started at 176 now I am at 147-149 lbs. I still need to loose about 20 more pounds.

My arms are also sore. Level 2 day 1 done!!

I almost did not do it, but at 10 pm it was done, right after I came home from zumba class. Level 2 here I come!

Day 9 done. One more day to go and we will be 1/3 of the way done!!

Day 8 done. I also went to the gym and got on the treadmill for 35 min. I am proud of myself. I am ready for level 2.

I can see a huge difference, your head looks much bigger than the rest of your body now where before your head looked smaller and you body was bigger.

I finished day 1. For me day 2 and 3 are the worst, after that it gets easier since you won't be as sore, well that is until you change levels then you will be sore again for a few days.

I love this thread I am 5 feet, my highest was 176 now I am 150, I still have have 20+ ponds to loose! These pictures really inspire me to continue.
