Everyone will have different tips and tricks. My advice: read the book Why We Get Fat: AND What To Do About It by Gary Taubes. There is WAY more to it than calories in and out! Its hormones, types of food etc ALL at play here.

There is a difference with those who ate and drank a lot as an adult and gained weight Verses children who were always fat. Medically, I have read medical research. That there is a difference. I dont know why people got upset about that.

You are living it up girl!! WOW! Love it. I find I cant lose weight when drinking wine. Its not the calories, but how your body uses alcohol etc. Research it, its a whole process.

Love the girl that said she lifts weights and doesn't pay attn to the scale! SO TRUE!!!! Lean body mass is WAY more important! This will allow your body to burn more and consume a little more too once you build the extra muscle.
