Weight lost with pcos

im a 20 year old culinary student who was recently diagnosed with pcos. This problem makes weight lost ebb harder after 3 months I have gained almost 20lbs. I was 167 and now I'm almost 193 I have came to the conclusion that ins taking a stands with my weight

I think I have it too! Getting it checked out. You have to cut out grains and watch carb Intake!!!0
