  • I eat a small snack on the way home from work to help curb my hunger, which has seemed to help. I'm really lucky that I'm single so I can eat when I get home from work...I just have to control how much I eat. Have you made leftovers so you have food prepared and only have to reheat...This way you aren't waiting for dinner…

  • Being that my sister works with makeup everyday and I have blue eyes and brown hair, yes bronze and browns are the way to go! I will say that clothing also makes them pop more. You can experiment with eye liner too! Don't forget the coat of mascara!

  • I live in Chicago too and have the same problem. I joined my gym last winter and since I have nothing else to do, I workout after work so I don't have to leave once I get home. Taking my gym bag with helps a lot.

  • I have to do that sometimes and I can notice that when I do measure out like I need to, I definitely always over estimate. Our eyes always like larger things I think so I definitely would cut back more than you think.

  • Grass-fed meat is definitely the way to go! I hadn't had it for awhile and just had it this weekend and it tastes soooo much better than store bought meat! It's worth the little extra :)
