I probably did this at least once a week McDonalds Filet of fish 4 double cheeseburgers 20 piece McNugget Large fries Large coke and that's how I got up to almost 400lbs two years ago!

I weigh daily to track intake/cal burn. I'm not worried about the numbers emotionally, just mathematically.

I paint, train small animals, I tattoo (once with my eyes closed), can wiggle my ears and country line dance. That last one is the shocker.
