I have gained two pounds. I've done my push ups for the most part but haven't gotten any other exercise. However today I have done 10 squats and I am about to do 15 push ups and tonight I am going to the gym so I am officially back on the wagon.

I have had a bad week. I have over indulged ever day, if not in calories than just in junk. Had trouble weighing in yesterday, but today I'm 177.2. I did 30 push ups yesterday. I'm doing NANOWRIMO (A writing contest) so with that, logging my food, trying to exercise and taking care of my kids and the house I'm constantly busy!

I'm also going to vote for Move-ember. My goals this month - 30 minutes on treadmill a day - 30 pushups a day - 3 fruit 3 veg a day - Stay within calorie goal everyday

Yesterday and today weren't great calorie wise. I didn't get my twenty pushups a day done but I did ten yesterday and thirteen today so I haven't missed a day of at least SOME exercise.
