Eat more during the day...this will help you to be less hungry at night....also try drinking water or a cup of plain decaf tea,,,,sometimes its just a mental thing of "having to eat" or "being hungry". I had the night "eats" for a long time...was and still is the hardest part of eating right! Good luck!

Thats awesome...so many inspiring stories on here! I cant wait til my weight loss says "50" instead of "5"...but trying to do it one day at a time as not to get discouraged!

The best thing that works for me when I feel hungry for no reason is to have a large glass of water...(or two) or even a cup of coffee (jsut skim milk)...or just eat another little something besides the apple.....some days you just may be hungrier than others,,,it happens! Good luck! Amy

I joined today myself and I am hoping this will give me the motivation to exercise and eat healthy...Its amazing how different you eat when you see the nutritional value right in front of your face,,,,,got about 60 lbs to lose.... GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
