Toning up your booty is really not that hard to do. You do not need a gym membership or sacrifice a great amount of your time in order to become bootylicious. Just be determined and consistent. Just wanted to share a few extra exercises you might would like to try out this Week, to work on the Booty..
Dumbbell Squat
This weight training exercise is going to give your butt a round, firm look. In other words, it helps you develop your gluteal muscles. And by building muscle, you are increasing your metabolic rate, which accordingly gives you the benefit of fat burning.
•Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat with abs in and knees behind your toes.
•Squeeze butt to stand up straight.
•Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps.
•Add weights for more intensity.
•If you do not have dumbbells and do not want to buy them, you may use soda bottles instead. Just don't drop them on your toes
Brisk Walking
Our booties are naturally blanketed by layers of fat, therefore weight training alone won't be enough; you also need to do cardio activities in order to burn some of that extra flab off your buns. Walking is probably one of the easiest cardio exercises. It requires no training or equipment, and you can do it pretty much everywhere.
Here are some ways to intensify your walk and burn calories faster:
•When you walk, keep swinging your arms back and forth in a natural motion.
•Don't just stroll. Take shorter and quicker steps.
•Walk up hills; it is the best way you can target your glutes.
do atleast 20 mins of Briskly walking....
Kick-Butt Yoga
This easy yoga pose, I believe, should not be too difficult for people with average flexibility. It does not only firm up your hips and thighs, but also improves your posture.
•Stand with your feet together, toes forward, and arms at sides.
•Step your right leg back into a lunge (left knee bent about 90 degrees).
•Inhale and raise your arms over your head with your fingers pointing toward the ceiling.
•Hold for about 10 seconds, then return to standing and repeat, stepping left leg back.
Hope you all Enjoy and Work on making those booties even More bootilicious*muah*
