I've been doing it since Christmas. I've done Alpha, Beta, Gamma and a combo of the three. I love it. Combined with watching your calories you will see results.

I am on day 7 and I log the cardio as high impact aerobics and the rest as circuit training :)

Hi & welcome :) I'm mommy of two as well (2 girls three and one year). Being a mom and finding time to better yourself is very difficult! Start small and I'm sure the ball will start rolling!

That's a really good question! I know I still eat a lot of sugar some days but still stay in my calorie range- does it matter?

My elliptical gives me a similar reading. Last night it was 500 for 25 min. I also do more intense resistance so I don't always rely on the # MFP gives me because it seems low and I don't think it accounts for that. I try to take an average of the two. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I know- I feel like I should do the lower #, but I go at a higher resistance level so I don't know that MFP accounts for that. Thanks for the advice :)

Yes! I love those and only recently found out HOW bad they are! I have switched to the iced mocha w/ no whip. its about 130 cals :)
