I can finally fit in underwear/pants that I haven't been able to wear in years. I can also stick by my intermittent fasting schedule without needing reminders on my phone, and I've been able to get at least 250 steps per hour without my FitBit reminding me to move!

How's everyone doing this week? I had a cheat day Sunday because it was so hot, all I wanted was ice cream. I think I ate half of a half-gallon carton. Basically after that just said f*** it and ate whatever. Been paying for it since then... but had a decent day today at least!

no idea what happened to me but i got on the scale this morning and was exactly 2lbs heavier than last week. UGH. i know i'm not getting the exercise i need, but my sprained ankle is still healing. i'm making sure to walk at least a mile a day since that's all my ankle will allow me to do before it stiffens up, but still...

ugh, i didn't post my weight on friday because i was hitting my pms time, now i'm holding water like a bathtub and of course, my weight went back up by about 6 pounds. so by NEXT week I should be able to post my weight again. sometimes i hate being female.

The time when I was 18, tried to go on my favorite roller coaster at Busch Gardens in VA when I was on vacation. The lap bar thingy wouldn't lock over my thighs. I had to do the walk of shame off the ride, in front of hundreds of people. I've never been so embarrassed in my life.

yuppers, i get one every year and so does my daughter. if we can protect ourselves, i say why not? i'd rather sit through the 24-48 hours of discomfort from the after-effects of the shot than deal with a week of being stuck in bed.
