So, who's the strongest woman on MFP?

There was a woman, she was SUPER FIT, ripped, blonde, did some fitness modeling
cant remember her
She didn't lift heavy.
Don't remember her either.0 -
Unfortunately, Sara just beats your lass (had to run a conversion on lbs to kg!) but your lass is awesome.
PS If I were going to binge, Weetabix wouldn't be my choice of food!!
Really, what did you convert- the weight Sara lifts? It will be interesting to see body weight multiple for big lifts (squats/body weight, Bench/body wieght etc)- for Sara and LLL. Both are fantastic ladies without any doubts and I happen to be friends with Sara! She is good and helpful person as well.0 -
Any woman who ditches convention of high reps low weight is more than strong enough on the inside regardless of the weight they move on the outside.
Beautiful :-)0 -
I squat and bench more than LLL, but with bodyweight considered, I'm well and truly beaten.
I've met LLL in person and she's a wee thing, I'm sure I could put her in my pocket.
I promised to compete with her in Dec ... Regretting that now. Hehe.0 -

I just used google to convert lbs to kg. What did you think I meant?0 -

I meant a ratio - lifts of each person and their body weight. clearly a person who weigh more will lift more.0 -
I vote for Sara too as she also carries everyone on the ETP group0

Oh, I am not really bothered about that. I just want to be amazed by strong women.0 -
....I can leg press over 600 pounds.... if that counts...0

Mike. Mike is way stronger than Sara0

Doesn't usmcmp have a high deadlift?
I don't know about the wilks conversion & whatnot
Just don't forget her! lol0 -

Voting for my partner, Littleladylifter.
110kg/50kg/125kg Sq/B/DL at 60kg BW. Has done a little more at gym but they are comp pb's.
Converted to % of body mass, this is 183% SQ, 83% BP, and 208% DL. Very impressive.
That's the only way to compare weight between lifters, since, as we all undoubtedly know, powerlifting is a weight class sport.0 -
this thread is making my head hurt0

I'm SOOO inspired by what I see here.
I'm a total n00b, just squatting 85lbs, chest pressing 70lbs, deadlifting 110lbs, OHP a measly 55lbs. But I *feel* strong0 -

My estimated 1 RM's (estimated using strstd.com and my 5 RM)
Bench- 160
Squat- 264
Deadlift- 281
OHP- 1360 -
Gonna give props to some others -- they're not the strongest but they're close and wowza! look at them wilks scores
nexangelus 318.774
g00dm0rning 311.301
MonsterToBe 311.2030 -
Nice numbers ladies!
5'8", 145lbs
210 Squat/155 Bench/265DL
But I'm not power lifting.. I hit my compounds 4sets/6-8reps. Never actually tried to max out, might be interesting while bulking.0 -
Thanks Dan. LLL's wilks is 318? I've never checked it.
Goals is 300kg total in 60kg class hopefully by the end of the year. 275kg total at the moment.
Yes, except I rounded as I didn't think the forum needed it to 3 decimal places, I can't remember what the actual was, but worse case is 317.5 and best case is 318.4.0 -

Wasn't my Wilks score calculation good enough?
"The Wilks Coefficient or Wilks Formula is a coefficient that can be used to measure the strength of a powerlifter against other powerlifters despite the different weights of the lifters. Robert Wilks is the author of the formula."0 -
Tagging so I can come back and update after today's 1RM test. Last tested maxes were:
67.5kg Squat
52.5kg Bench
80kg Deadlift
40kg OHP
At 69kg weight so 201 Wilks for the Big Three and 241 for the Super Four.
Two and a half months ago after two months of barbell training and 4kg heavier on the day (stupid bloating or I would be 1kg lighter). Hoping to increase all of them (and 99% sure I will).0 -
