you're most likely dehydrated and need to drink more water before and after working also throughout the day. Dehydration is one of the biggest reasons people get headaches.

i actually use sugar free vanilla syrup or sugar free hazelnut syrup (like the kind they use in latte's). no cream, but I like a little sweetness and 0 calories

I do cardio at least 5 times week wither zumba, walking, kickboxing, etc. but I also do strength training at least 3 times weak. The more muscle you have the more caloires you burn doing normal things in the day with is great. To burn fat cardio is a must

Try the FGF Ultimate upper body workout on youtube here's a link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfZCvyPWksk and use your 3lbs handwieghts instead of the balls that they use (I use 5 lbs handwieghts for most of it and switch to 2.5 lbs handwieghts if my arms are too tired)

Absolutely FITNESS; toned muscles and all around health is the most important thing... Plus losing weight will happen as a result of good fitness and healthy eating.

I can't tell you when to throw in the towel, but I do know that my ankles swell with a combination of a lot of exercise and when I'm dehydrated so maybe you should drink extra water. When I started drinking more water than the recommended 8 cups a day on days that I work out excessively my ankles stopped swelling.

I have mine set at 2 lbs a week and it's at 1370, but I usually eat some of my workout calories and end up eating between 1400 and 1700 a day depending on how hungry I am

Maybe you should try measuring yourself every few weeks or once a month in addition to the scale. I know sometimes I lose no weight for a couple of weeks then I measure again and find that I have lost as much as a inch around my waist. I agree! I try to not become too obsessed with my diet and I seam to stick to it better! As long as you are losing weighed consistently a drink here and there is relaxing and takes your mind off of the stress of you life.

No I use tapatio hot sauce... no calories. Sometimes I eat gum and don't log it (gum is like 5 to 10 calories depending on the brand). Estimating seams to be working for me. If at some point I stop loosing I might reevaluate my estimations though.
