Very proud of u keep up the good work,I wish i could run or jog I'm 182 trying to get to 140 been a member for about 1 month
lost 10 lbs went in deep depression stop dieting , excersing.excersing is good for depression.I'm 54 yrs old I have 2 sons and 4 grand
