I make a great pesto cheese turkey burger. You mix lean ground turkey in a bowl with a spoon of pesto (just enough to add a little flavor, I use a small spoonful. I find that any prep you can do ahead of time really helps. Even the kids don't mind a weekend full of healthy food if it's pre-packaged for them already.
