    New Nov Total 7.25.

    Not sure how much I will get in today. Vicodin is making life difficult.
  • I kind of fell off the wagon last month with my goal, BUT I would like to increase my goal to 40 miles this month. I know I can do it and I definitely want to challenge myself more!

    i dont know about this but i am gonna try going with a very low number bare with me :) 18 miles from nov 6th - nov 30.... sounds scary too ughh please add and help kick me to get up and move....

    vhuber you beat me to it. :smile: KathyAnn YOU CAN DO THIS. I know 18 miles might seem really really far right now but just take it one step at a time and you will be amazed how far you can go. :flowerforyou:

    KathyAnn, you got this! One step at a time. Now consider yourself kicked (in the nicest way) and get back on here and post how far you've moved

    Just to remind any newbies here - you control your own challenge here. Whatever inspires you is what you should do. Some people only count miles they run or miles they bike. Others count everything. Some count fitbit miles. Others only count miles they get from exercise. It doesn't matter to us what you count - only that whatever you do inspires you to try harder and get more fit. You are not competing against anyone but yourself. The only rules are that we only count distance (miles or km), and that you have to post your total for the month each time you update (we don't add your miles up for you).

    As for bananas, it must be difficult to be a guy. That's all I'm saying. :wink:

    I went out for a 3 mile walk this afternoon, which keeps me happily in the lime green!

    Wednesday … did 5 minutes on recumbent elliptical for .50 miles before strength training followed by 30 minutes of recumbent bike for 30 minutes for another 5.77 miles. It's a good day today.
