Rule One - never look another man in the eye whilst eating a banana

I'm late to the party but would love the motivation. I plan on walking/jogging 40 miles this month.

While I was catching up on the posts, this thread grew by another 2 pages! Amazing how many people are in on this challenge! I love this challenge! It keeps me moving. I have a few others I do too so I tend not to read this post as often as I should but this is the challenge that keeps me going. Thank you to the folks who organize it and keep it going. The spreadsheet is awesome!!!!! :flowerforyou:
Goal: 200 Miles (6.67 daily average )
1st: 4.16 miles
2nd: 31.15 miles
3rd: 8.92 miles
4th: 5.94 miles
5th: 1.79 miles (sick kid) :grumble:
6th: 3.69 miles - Total: 55.65 / 144.35
I'll be running today and I have a 5K on Saturday. I'm a day behind on my C25K training program due to the sick kid. He wasn't sick very much. I think he really wanted to play hooky for the day from school. I wasn't happy with him and he spent way more time in bed than he thought he should. But if you are sick, that's where you need to be, not on the computer or watching TV. I think his plan backfired on him. :huh:0 -

@ Verdemujer - LOL  I couldn't help but laugh when you were talking about your kid playing hookie. I have one at home today I think is playing hookie.
@ Speedy - Where to you get all those great quotes and pictures! They really are motivating.  :drinker:0 -

Glad to know you like them. I'm a quote lover; always been, and I do make regular research on the Internet to find them. Working from home has its privileges when the work load is light.0 -
No access to my ticker, so I'm updating my miles to 85.50. I did twenty miles yesterday morning and 20 more this morning. So I'm up to 85.50 out of 240 for this month. I'm headed to the keys tonight, so no biking most likely, but I will run/walk and SUP!!0
