I am 231 lbs and I have about 1200 on a no exercise day. Can anyone tell me if thats enough? Seems like people are eating heaps more than that.

I want to be a runner too, I started last week, but I have only run once, and it was only a little run, but its more than I usually do, so I was pretty happy!

Rklein, I know how you feel, I am a compulsive eater. It goes in my mouth without me even noticing it! I have been following this for a week now, and the extra energy and motivation I get from here is fantastic!

Well its wiegh in day, and I am down .8kg. Thats like 1.5 lbs I think. I didn't give into my craving lastnight, I had some plain popcorn instead.

My local gym is $14.95 a week and has childcare for $2/hour and its only available between 9am-12noon, I work full time :mad:
