It's really good stirred into oatmeal

Sodium might be the poblem. I was shocked when I realized how much sodium is in soup and lunch meat. Have a banana or sweet poptato and maybe the pottasium will balance it out

I normally run anyway, but make it super easy. Afterwards I tend to feel less congested and tired.

I log it the same as running outside (by speed) but always put the incline on .5 or 1.

Maybe instead of weighing you could measure with mearing cups. For most plain oatmeal it's about 300 calories for an uncooked cup, so a serving of 1/3 cup would be 100.

Thank you this is really helpful!

I can do the moderation thing for 99% of things, but I have to avoid peanut butter altogether. One bite of anything with peanut butter, even a peanut granola bar, trigger sweet, salt, and fat cravings that make me want to eat loads of peanut butter for the whole week. Times like now, when I haven't had any in a long time,…

which means one cubic inch of muscle weighs more than one cubic inch of fat, and therefore muscle DOES weigh more than fat

As long as you don't eat more and undo your calorie burn, you will lose weight

I had a lot of problems with that when I was younger, and got custom orthotics. They work so well that I haven't had problems since.

Maybe if you burned more than your bmr and activity level calories it might show up negative

Wine won't give her as much nutrition for her calories as foods, but as long as she's hitting 1200 she should lose weight. Remember that women usually need fewer calories a day than men, and she may not have the same activity level as you which may be the reason she isn't having the same success as you. If she's smaller…

The top of the metatarsal (where I think you're describing) is a common place for runners to get stress fractures. I would get a bone scan or MRI (they don't always show up on X-rays) to see if there's a fracture there.

I believe saving the extra up for later in the week would be better (as long as you make sure to have them sometime later in the week) because it would be calorie cycling.

I agree with the nike and under armour. The nike dry fit are my favourite

I HATE when people say that muscle does not weigh more than fat because 1 pound is 1 pound. In terms of comparative volume muscle DOES weigh more than fat. 1 cubic inch vs. 1 cubic inch. Also, a pound of muscle is less calorie dense than a pound of fat.

I use herbs like basil and tumeric that work as anti inflammatories without making your stomach bleed or disguising any pain from injury like ibuprofen, and put them in omelettes, on meat, or even as a popcorn topping. I've also heard that vitamin c helps so I include lots of citrus fruits in my diet.

Since your already full, and seem to have a pretty balanced diet that works for you , you could always use these as discretionary calories. You could use these calories to have a little dessert a couple of times a week or in case you go out to dinner sometime.

Maybe food weight? Fresh fruit weighs a lot more in your stomach than a doughnut. When do you weight yourself?

Personally I love mornings and working out early, but after a long day I find later workouts less appealing. Maybe if you can find someone else who works out in the morning too and be workout buddies. You will have to drag your butt out of bed because someone will be waiting for you, and having the social aspect will make…
