Water rentention

I have been facing problems of water retention lately. I have tried to cut down on my salt and sugar intake, as well as drinking more water, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone of you have any great tips to share with me? Thanks.

    Sodium might be the poblem. I was shocked when I realized how much sodium is in soup and lunch meat. Have a banana or sweet poptato and maybe the pottasium will balance it out

    If you are still eating processed foods you are getting way more sodium than you need and that would in part retain water. By preparing all your meals at home you can control your sodium intake.
