Thats awesome news ladies, congrats on the loss both weight and inches!! My habd is much better thanks Julie, I am going to get back to the shred next week and see how it feels.

OMG Julie i havent looked at level 2 yet but it sounds tough. Iv'e had to take a break for a little while as ive fractured my hand, Doc thinks i did it while doing push ups hahahahaha. I gained weight in the first week which was dissapointing but like you said i feel stronger and my pants are all a little less tight!!

I would say use 5lb for for everything but drop back to 3lb for the shoulder lift lunge. Ive been using 3lb and its a little too easy.

Hi Jenna, I am using 3lb weights as suggested. Im also doing it 6 days a week with a rest day on Tuesdays. Feel free to join us, we will weigh in on Wednesdays!!

Day 1 went really well after my rest day I felt really good and didnt have to break as often!!! I wonder how sore I will be tomorrow lol Cant wait to hear how everyone else is feeling.

Dont give up the first few days are tough but you will feel fitter in no time. A bunch of us are doing it together LEVEL 1 SHREDDERS DAY 1 started today! Feel free to join us and post on this topic, we all want to hear how it is going for anyone doing it :)

REMEBER TO LOG YOUR STATS... START WEIGHT AS OF TODAY, CHEST, WAIST AND HIP MEASUREMENTS I have severe baby brain, just copy peoples stats eg starT weight and copy it into yours to add your own :)

Try mixing it up and confusing your metabolisim with increasing your calories then dropping them back yo your limit so your body works harder all the time. It is tough, im on day 4 level 1 and i am getting fitter and stronger already!! I log it as aerobics high impact - I have asked about it and this is what others are logging it as. Its high impact cause you dont stop moving :) Hope this helps

Good luck, it's tough but you will get through it I'm on day 4! Just be prepared for weight gain it the first week, I went up and posted about it and from what others have said its normal.

You are getting some great advice here. Please give this a go as you do need food to lose weight. Starving yourself and working out is starving your body so anything you do eat your body hangs on to and does not burn it off.
