Drizzling a little bit of EVOO is good on salad (just don't go too crazy). Also lemon juice, salt, and pepper go a long way. Any "light" dressing at the super market. You can also buy spray on salad dressing that is just a light mist coating and only like 5 calories a spritz.

The one time I put the scale away, I gained 30 pounds. I have to weigh myself daily to keep motivated. Although, everyone is different. I know plenty of people who say the opposite. Good luck!
