Simple Exercises to do at work

I have a bit of a hectic schedule some weeks and don't have time to do my usual workout at home/gym. I wanted to do some when I get to work in the afternoon (I'm working in a model home). I know I can run up and down the stairs for cardio. But does anyone have any strength ideas that I can do with no equipment or resistance bands(I do have resistance bands at home I can leave in my car). Any suggestions would be wonderful!
Thanks!!!

About.com has lots of resistance band workout ideas. I keep a band in my desk drawer to use at lunchtime.

To the OP: The more you move at work the better. If you have a sit-down job I suggest constantly twitching your feet and moving your legs. You can also move your chair and do squats while working. Just keep moving.0 -
Do body-weight squats in a bathroom stall?0

climbing stairs is a strength training exercise (in addition to cardio). I did the stair work-out for about 6 weeks. built up to 59 flights up and down and then figured out a better work-out plan.0
