I Try to every morning before I eat, after bathroom time. :o) It keeps me on track. when you eat horrible and see the results, you know exactly what did it. And it's better than weighing in a week later and discovering you've gained like 4 lbs..

Make ranch dressing... add hidden valley dressing mix... the calories are lower. you can dip veggies in it or thin it slightly for a runnier dressing. www.burnthemuffintop.blogspot.com

I kind of do and kind of don't.... I have about 3 things in my breakfast menu... I like them all, so it's not boring to just stick to those 3. I scramble 3/4 cup of southwest egg beaters, put 1/4 cup of fat free shredded cheddar on top and also have a bowl of special K protein plus cereal with almond milk. It's filling, fast, and high protein. ( usually about 38 grams for less than 300 calories. )

That is the way I've always understood it. 3 tbsp at 130 cals pops into however many cups it end up being and that's still 130 cals. That being said, depending on if you use air popper or do it in some oil in a pan, you would need to consider those calories
