I was getting ready to head out to grab some office supplies for work and when I grabbed my keys I saw the crackers I had brought to go with lunch and was tempted to grab one and snack on it. I had it in my hands and I reasoned with the fat kid inside that I needed to put it back at wait for lunchtime!

I struggle with this too sometimes. Yesterday was a bad day for me. We had friends over and of course everyone wanted pizza. So they ordered pizza and I allowed myself two small pieces and then had zucchini fries made up and ready to go so I got my veggies in and got full off of the good stuff instead of the pizza. After…

This one is credited to my husband...when he is motivated to get sit ups and push ups done he prefers not do them all at once. Instead he does "piss ups". Every time he goes to the bathroom while he is at home, he does 10 of each.

I acutally use a Ninja blender/processor. I have yet to find something that piece can't beat!

Thanks everyone. I was really starting to get frustrated trying to keep my protein in take within the range MFP says it should be. I felt like I was depriving myself of the good foods that I need in order to keep it in balance.
