Unfortunately I am not having a good day either. Hang in there. Take one day at at time. It does get easier. I lost 12lbs at the end of 2011 only to put them back on the last 3 months and am starting over. I am angry at myself for allowing the weight gain. I keep telling myself that everything worth achieving requires work…

I left for vacation on December 1 with my family and I ate and ate and put on 5 lbs after fighting a battle to get it off. I literally spent two weeks returning from my vacay hating myself (horrible I know). What I did do is everyday I made a little goal of health. I continued to exercise even if it were just for 20…

I wanted to post the same topic!!! Thank you. I became so weak after a workout yesterday that I literally felt nauseous has this happened to anyone else. Happened again this morning too. About 3 hours after my bfast of oatmeal I felt really weak and went to lie down on my bed for a bit. I though maybe my sugar was low and…

I also lost a lot of weight by not counting so to speak but I always had a rough idea of the calories I was taking in and working off so I still was counting. I think that counting calories holds us all accountable and it is merely a tool for yourself to know exactly what the food you are putting in your mouth is costing…

Jklm: I unfortunately can relate. I have always been driven too but I have had a dynamic support person behind me. My grandmother, my mother and my aunts. Two and half years ago my grandmother got Alzehimer's Disease and that has put me in a horrible depression. I have, like you, always been at a healthy weight. I worked…

Magic Girl: Forgive, forgive yourself!! Tomorrow is a new day with new opportunities. This is a journey and there unfortunately are tough days in this battle to lose weight. I have been trying to lose 30lbs for 2 and half years since my last son was born and I have had my days of bingeing even after great success. I have…

Yes I have in the past. I have always struggled with my weight but have managed to stay a healthy size. After I lost my son to stillbirth I lost 75lbs of the baby weight I had put on. People called me names especially jealous girlfriends. They would call me "Bobble Head" etc. I knew I looked amazing, like you I was wearing…

I'm 5'2" and I need to lose 28lbs. Which will look like I've lost 60lbs to everyone else because I am so short. You aren't alone and good luck to you!!!
