hya vic yes its me ,i only own 2 dumbells,treadmill and wii fit which i go on a bit of all sorts and my fav at min is just dance ,and with my hrm now it gives me an excellent calorie totall ,sorted lol ,hope you keeping ok vic x:smile:

hya i go on a mixture of all of it ,super hoola hoop ,rythm boxing ,running .and step ups ,but lately i have been on just dance for the wii its brilliant excercise for me ,hope this helps x
