Are you kidding? You have 50 - 51 weeks a year to do extreme fitness. My vote is a cruise, a trip to Washington DC., the Carribean, or Europe (ever played St. Andrews?). And I agree with Tara -- you can't go wrong in Vegas! Wherever you are, I know you will have a blast!! Dee

I have the Garmin Forerunner 405cx with the HRM. I love it. I wanted something to calculate calories burned, as well as times, avg lap pace, etc. This does it all. Get fitted at a running store in your area. You will probably go up a size from your "everyday" shoes.. Look for a wider toe box and good heel fit. You shouldnt have to lace them tight to fit. A quick google search for good running shoes 2012 will give you a good start. Congrats on c25k! You will do great!

Not sure how you define "high protein. I like Perfect Fit cookies by Boundless Nutrition. Chocolate Chip is Gluten Free, 150 calories, 10g protein, 4 g fiber. Chocolate chip, peanut butter or macadamia nut. all are yummy.

Made this last week, served with SkinnyTaste black bean salad. It was all delicious!!!!! Everyone in the house loved this! Had leftover chicken roll yesterday for lunch, just cut into thin slices on toast for lunch. Yummy!

If you are in a city that has My Fit Foods I would definitely recommend it. Fresh complete meals, no preservatives, pre-portioned. It's a little pricey, but I stop in and grab what's marked down 50% a day before the expiration date.

Set very small goals for yourself. I would pick out houses and say, "I will jog without stopping to that house". then I'd walk a little, and pick out another house and jog again. Pretty soon, I was jogging to that second house. It takes time. Keep going - you can do it!!!!
