Hi - I've been on MFP off and on for a couple years (some more successful than others!) - I'm back on a roll toward getting/keeping healthy. I'm in - I was a stalker on the January thread and found it very encouraging. Definitely impressed with all the positive energy and support. I know I have one night out planned in Feb. but other than that would like to avoid it to keep loosing and getting in shape. Feels good to have a clear head on Monday mornings.
