I made them last night with white wine vinegar and they definitely kept the vinegar taste, but were delicious. Mine burned a bit in 45 minutes, but even then they were so good. Must make again!0

YES! I found this thread at a good time! I just ordered a sub for lunch and was tempted to get a bag of salt & vinegar chips to go w/ it but I didn't. But now i'm going to try this chickpea recipe and hopefully i'll like them and won't even need the chips anymore. Thanks for posting!!0

I think I have a can of chickpeas in the cupboard. Salt and Vinegar is one of my favorite flavors so I am definitely trying this! I've made similar recipes before with garlic, herbs and other spices but I bet this will be my favorite.0

A cup of chickpeas has 354 cals. A quarter of that is 89. The olive oil adds another 10.0 -
I heard that they turn out crispier if you dry roast them then add the oil and salt after they are done. You can do this to green peas and other legumes too with your favourite spices0
