I ordered a shirt online the other day and when it arrived I looked at it and thought, damnit that's not going to fit. I tried it on anyway and it was loose!

I've suffered from the same thing, for me it was due to low iron. Take a look at your diet and see if you're getting enough iron. You really should go to the doctor and get a blood test though. Also, make sure you're eating enough and drinking enough water - especially if you are doing hardcore exercise :)

If I'm short on calories I have either a banana or apple with some 100% Almond Spread - add's between 150-200 cals. Also adding things like avocado to your salad/sandwich can boost your calories. A handful of nuts. hope some of that helps :)

My treadmill is pointed at the TV so I normally watch that while I'm running. If it's a rest day and I'm just going for a bit of a walk on the treadmill I have been known to play XBox at the same time... haha I'm a bit of a nerd :)

I know what you mean! I learnt SO much when I started counting calories and you become so much more aware of what you're putting into your body. I especially realised how many extra calories a day I had been consuming by simply eating food as I'm preparing it! A slice of cheese for me, a slice of cheese for my sandwich...

My favourite is when people that are skinner than you tell you you're getting too skinny... haha I'm never quite sure how to respond to that :)

I think often it is that you do exude more confidence and people definitely respond to that but there are plenty of shallow people out there. I definitely get a lot more doors opened for me these days!

I've heard quite a few times that apples are supposed to be better at waking you up than coffee however I have no idea if that is actually true or not. Maybe try working out in the morning?

I'm starting the c25k too and wasn't sure how to log it in MFP so I bought a HRM. Maybe you might want to look into that if you're after an acurate reflection of calories burned?
