hi guys ive just completed the first day first week of c25k and im not sure what to put in for exercise to know what cals have been roughly used any ideas people? thanks x

I put in the slowest run that is in the database... I dont eat them back so it doesnt matter to much. But I am looking forward to getting my HRM.0

I'm starting the c25k too and wasn't sure how to log it in MFP so I bought a HRM.
Maybe you might want to look into that if you're after an acurate reflection of calories burned?0 -
i think thats what i will do too katie, but im going to look into the hrm aswell but seeing as ive just started out im in no rush to buy one lol0
