Do you have a store that specializes in running. They can analyze you gate and help you with the right shoe. I went to the Boulder Running Co. In Boulder Co and they did this for me, it was amazing and I am in the proper shoe.

Almond milk, rice has too much sugar and Dr. said no soy, due to my thyroid condition, apparently thyroid meds and soy don't mix.

My doc calls me fit fat, she and I want me to be slimmer, but I have the classic big belly, but very normal blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar. I trail run and hike 5 to 6 miles a day. I always eat breakfast, I have a weird work shedule, need to be at work at 3am, not hungry then. I have a small glass of fat free milk and a little Ovaltine, that seems to help me a little energy early a.m. I usually get hungry around 5am and eat then.

I have been using stevia since the 80's. Back then harder to find. I am glad they have made forms for baking. Some people don't like the taste, but I prefer over sugar.

We have one coming to where I live, I think next weekend. I know someone who did it last year, she said it was hard, but such an accomplishment.
