I am also doing am and pm doses. My doctor looked at me funny when I suggested this, but was fine with trying it. I didn't ask him about the chewing though, but it will be a few months before I go back and I would LOVE to tell him how great things are by then! UPDATE: I don't know if this is related to the chewing, but the past 3 or 4 nights I have had no problem whatsoever sleeping and have slept through the night and woken up easier as well! I always assumed I would later on if my skin was that loose, but now that I have seen some after pictures I'm not so sure. I do very little, it is usually whatever I can add into a normal workout. If a video has me doing squats, I pick up the five pound weights and do curls or something at the same time (or you can use bottles of water). No, I stop eating around 2:30 in afternoon, then weigh myself about 5:30 then eat dinner and finish my day. :-)

Afternoon before dinner, clothed lightly... Usually whatever I'm wearing to bed... Am I the only one that weighs in the pm? I stop eating/drinking around 2:30 or 3 I preparation for weighing myself. I don't want my doctors visit weigh in to be too far off from the number I go by.

I take mine right before lunch or dinner and that helps... Sometimes I take them with chocolate milk and it is thick enough that it helps as well, just more calories to factor in!

Why do you think the kelp is the problem? I don't take drops, I take a capsule form, but I haven't had any problems... I have only been on it for about two weeks though. Have others had problems with it? My doctor said it couldn't hurt.

I've always done this too! I try to do it with other candies like three musketeers bars and charleston chews, but it's WAY harder!
